New in the 2.0 Release!
- Manager Profiles -define administrative authority within the Accord LMS. Create any
number of profiles, each with very granular control over access to
Learners, Learning Event content and LMS Manager functionality.
Profiles can be insular - so a Manager from one company cannot access
Learners or content from another company. Profiles can also be
hierarchical - create as many levels as appropriate for your corporate
hierarchy. You can allow Managers to create sub-Manager profiles within
their domain of authority. Profiles can also just allow Manager access
to specific reports on specific Learners.
- Manager > My Learners - each LMS Manager now has full control over their Learners. Specify what notifications you want to receive, send messages to specific groups, bulk upload, learner import and role management features as well.
- Integration with DNN support of Telerik - to take full advantage of the features available with DNN 5 including
integrated support for the Telerik control set, Accord LMS 2.0 requires DNN
5.2.1+.

Learner Features
Each Learner module is associated with a specific Manager module. You can place multiple Learner modules within your site.
My Plan
- Provides easy to understand file manager structure with options to expand and collapse hierarchical folders.
- Serve personalized content to Learners based on their class and profile (role or userID).
- Learning Events (LE) and Extended Learning Events (XLE) are clearly identified and can be launched by clicking on title link.
- Learning Event Status, Score and Duration are shown for each Learning Event.
- Folder, Learning Event and LE Conditions have unique and clearly identified icons.
- Click on icons to open informational item detail window.
- Attempt history reports available for all utilized content.
- Well organized Quiz Results reports available for all Quiz and Survey content.

Archive
- Provides convenient organizational area for Learning Events that have been completes or set aside for future access.

- Learners can subscribe to specific groups of courses via "Class Codes" that can be emailed to them.
- Set Effective, Expiry and Renewal dates - perfect for ongoing certification requirements.
Catalog
- Allows Learner to enroll in content of their choosing.
- Catalog folders have view based permissions. Users can only view and enroll in appropriate content.
Configuration (Manager Only)
- Allows Managers to configure Learner presentation
- Select which tabs are shown to Learners: My Plan, Archive, Classes and/or Catalog
- Determine if user can enroll, drop, archive and/or restore
- Set Class Codes and Effective, Expiry and Renewal dates - perfect for recurrent certification
- Select levels of utilization reports Learners can access
- Options to show LE description, etc.
- Create customizable forms for Learners registration
Manager Features
All of the Manager Module content is pre-filtered on the Access permissions of the Manager's Profile. A Manager can only access the Learners, Learning Events and Manager Features that have been assigned to his Profile. Please see Manager > Configuration > Manager Profiles for more information.
Catalog

Enrollment

name and/or their Role. This content will automatically appear in the
Learners’ “My Plan”.
- Drop Learning Events and entire Folders from Learners’ “My Plan”.
- Query tool to find which Roles or Learners are enrolled in specific Learning Events and Folders.
- Query tool to find which Learning Events and Folders are enrolled by specific Roles or Learners.
- Create Attempt Records for specific Learning Events and Users with full control over Incomplete, Complete, Pass, Fail, Score and Duration.
- Delete Attempt Records for specific Learning Events and Users.
- Search Learning Events for keywords.
My Learners
- My Notifications - Managers can receive email updates tracking their Learners' activity. Quiz updates include link to detailed online reports.
- Send Notices - Managers can send Rich Text email notices to any their Learners.
- Role Management - Managers have very granular control over Classes with the ability to
show/hide, set RSVP codes and Effective, Expiry and Renewal dates -
perfect for ongoing certification requirements.
- Bulk Learner Upload - Upload user lists and specify and which content they can access via Role or Class Code assignment.
- Bulk Role Assignment - Assign Roles and Class Codes to existing Learners.
